TNAS LogoTNAS Voter Registration Drive

TNAS conducted a voter registration drive at the cookout. You may still register to vote by downloading and completing a voter registration form by clicking on the link.

Conduct Your Own Voter Registration Drive!

Also, why not conduct your own voter registration drive? This link provides a brochure on conducting a voter registration drive and should give you all the information you need. Remember when one conducts a registration drive, there are certain responsibilities. Most important the registration forms must be returned to the board of elections office in the county of residence of the registrant in a timely manner, no later than 25 days before the next primary or election.

When conducting a registration drive you may ask people to register there and you will return the ballots, or they may take the voter registration forms home to fill out and then they will be responsible for mailing them to the appropriate elections office. (The appropriate forms are 06 forms for them to take home.)

The first thing you should do in preparation for a voter registration drive is order voter registration forms. Click on the link to download the form. Print the form and fill out the number you think you will need. Order the 07's which are for voter registration drives. Allow at least two weeks for delivery. The forms will be delivered by UPS to the physical residence you list, but not to a post office box.

Also please take a little time to familiarize yourself with the voter registration form so you or your helpers are able to assist voters. The required fields are mentioned in the brochure.
